Job Title

• Days, Full-time, 4 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and industry standards
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Excellent clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Strong communication and patient-focused care approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in outpatient or rehab settings
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and equipment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
