Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to medical surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, respond to changes in patient status
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders
• Document patient information and care activities thoroughly and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to all hospital protocols and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license or Compact State license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 18 months recent and permanent experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry
• BLS and ACLS certifications active and current
• Ability to recognize ECG rhythms and perform safe medication administration; passing assessments required during orientation
• Must be willing to work every other holiday and participate in holiday coverage as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a large hospital setting, preferably within the Cleveland Clinic system
• Experience with electronic medical records and patient monitoring systems
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
