Registered Nurse - Cardiac Care
Location: Asheville, NC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, travel, days shift
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care for cardiac patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms, ensuring prompt intervention when necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions and post-discharge care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in accordance with hospital policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac or vascular care.
• Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring equipment and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous travel nursing experience is a plus.
• Certifications in ACLS or BLS.
• Knowledge of vascular access procedures and technologies.
