Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient conditions and document relevant clinical information
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality resident care
- Follow all facility policies and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active NC LPN license or compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of previous Geriatric LPN/LVN experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in LTC or SNF settings
- Ability to handle a fast-paced healthcare environment
