Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor patient conditions and document relevant clinical information
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality resident care
  • Follow all facility policies and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Active NC LPN license or compact license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous Geriatric LPN/LVN experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous experience working in LTC or SNF settings
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced healthcare environment
