Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring
- Assess patient conditions and deliver appropriate interventions during night shifts
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Follow all safety protocols and hospital policies during the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry experience
- Ability to work night shifts and travel as required
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital setting with telemetry units
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Comfortable working independently during night shifts
