Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for outpatient patients.
- Perform re-evaluations and manual therapy techniques.
- Manage a caseload of 9 to 12 patients per day, primarily in outpatient orthopedics.
- Provide therapy services for general outpatient, with experience in pediatrics or hand therapy preferred.
- Collaborate with team members and assist with clinical documentation and patient care coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin state licensure or actively in the process of licensure with a target issuance date.
- BLS certification required; Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience, including internships.
- Flexibility to work with duos and first-time travelers accepted.
- Ability to work clinically in outpatient settings, including orthopedics, pediatrics, or neuro.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Dry Needling, Pediatrics, Neuro, or Lymphedema.
- Prior experience working at Marshfield or similar outpatient clinics.
- Knowledge of manual therapy techniques and treatment planning.

Additional Notes
- Candidates must be able to complete credentialing and onboarding (including shadowing) prior to start date.
- Must note if the clinician has previously worked at Marshfield; if so, the end date must be at least 6 months prior to submission.
- Clinicians are expected to clock in and out at the facility.
