Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients, assessing their needs and developing individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapy interventions aimed at improving patients' daily functioning and quality of life
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment progress and patient records
- Promote patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions
Required Qualifications
- Valid occupational therapy license for the state of California
- Currently registered with relevant licensing boards and/or certifying agencies
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and assessment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Bilingual skills are a plus
