Full-time, Night shifts (3x12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients, including ventilator management and airway care.
• Work effectively within a team to deliver high-quality patient care during overnight shifts.
• Ensure compliance with all facility and regulatory standards, including documentation and certifications.
• Float to different hospital departments as needed, adhering to facility protocols.
• Complete required modules and certifications prior to start date, including annual training.

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio Respiratory Therapist license.
• Certification as a CRT or RRT; RRT preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an RRT.
• Current NBRC and BLS certifications in hand at time of submission.
• Must have completed background checks without hits; no license restrictions.
• Must be nicotine-free and pass a negative drug screen within 12 months of start date.
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital environment, preferably in a large medical center.
• Ability to float between departments and adapt to various care settings.
