• Day shifts / Full-time (5 days per week) / 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals including physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and nurses.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued care and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Texas.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• BLS certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a clinical or community setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of local healthcare practices and regulations.
