Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for patients in a sub-acute rehabilitation setting.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment options and progress.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient treatments and progress.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with sub-acute rehabilitation patients.
- Knowledge of swallowing and cognitive disorder therapies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
