Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation outcomes.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, home exercises, and techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatments in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior clinical experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
