- Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and therapeutic treatments
- Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Help maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support rehabilitation activities designed to improve patient mobility and function
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
- Current State of California license or registration
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and therapies
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in outpatient or hospital settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual skills are a plus
