• Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 4 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative therapy to patients.
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Support patient exercises and therapeutic activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and sessions.
• Ensure adherence to safety and clinical protocols.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or credential.
• Proven experience supporting physical therapy treatment plans.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in outpatient or clinical rehabilitation settings.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare software and documentation procedures.
