Registered Nurse ICU

Registered Nurse - ICU
Location: Hilo, HI
Schedule / Job Type: Rotating shifts, 36 hours per week, 3 shifts
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to critically ill patients
• Perform a variety of procedures as required for ICU patients
• Utilize Meditech electronic health records for documentation
• Float to other critical care and step-down units as needed
• Maintain professional standards in patient care and dress code (scrubs)
• Complete a one-week orientation and ongoing training as necessary

Required Qualifications:

• Hawaii Nursing License (must have at start of assignment) or able to apply upon acceptance
• Minimum of 3 years ICU experience
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH SS Certification (submit certification or complete a 45-minute online class during orientation)

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with intensive care procedures and equipment
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts based on staffing needs
