Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients, modifying therapy plans and goals as needed.
• Perform thorough and timely clinical documentation, ensuring accurate billing and understanding of reimbursement practices.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to coordinate care and provide education.
• Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers to support therapy services.
• Continuously enhance clinical skills through ongoing education, literature review, and implementation of evidence-based practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, state, and national regulatory guidelines.
• Align personal work activities with system goals to support organizational success.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or BLS within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to pass new graduate onboarding.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a fast-paced, clinical environment is desirable but not required.
• Proficiency with computer systems and standard rehabilitation equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to relate professionally to diverse populations.
