Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on manual therapy and orthopedics.
• Manage a productivity volume of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily with some double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Ensure documented patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and obtain necessary approvals for overtime, if applicable.
• Maintain a professional and efficient outpatient clinic environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred but not required for new graduates.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week; OT hours must be approved by the director.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics is not required.
• Willingness to see a high volume of patients with manual and orthopedic conditions.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with orthopedic and manual therapy techniques.
• Strong organizational skills to handle a busy outpatient caseload.
