Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting.
• Monitor and assess patients with varying levels of acuity, prioritizing timely interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records.
• Support and guide patients and their families through critical and stressful situations.
Required Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in high-acuity environments.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
