Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for high-acuity patients.
• Collaborate with medical team to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Monitor, record, and report patient status and responses to treatment.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an emergency department.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working nights in an emergency department.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
