Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in various clinical settings based on traveler’s preferences.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans to optimize recovery and function.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care delivery.
• Document patient progress and recordkeeping according to clinic standards.
• Adapt to different clinical environments and maintain flexibility to meet patient needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or ability to obtain licensure as a Physical Therapist in Minnesota.
• Proven experience in delivering outpatient or hospital-based physical therapy.
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and patient care strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel or temporary placement experience.
• Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse populations.
