Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, night shifts (3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality critical care nursing in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) and potentially float to other ICUs and Emergency Departments.
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, administer medications, and implement care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards.
• Maintain active certifications and licensing as required by the facility.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent ICU or critical care experience prior to travel.
• Ohio license or valid Compact license in hand at time of submission.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Active and current references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the relevant specialty (two references required).
• Must successfully pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation with a maximum of two attempts.
• Negative 10-panel drug screen including nicotine (if applicable), completed within 12 months of start date.
• Timely completion of necessary background checks and fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• NIHHS certification preferred.
• Experience working in a hospital setting with float assignments across ICUs and EDs.
• Experience with ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety protocols.
