Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized critical care nursing in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments and medications as prescribed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety procedures.
• Document patient data accurately using electronic health records systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain current licenses and certifications as required for ICU nursing.

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana or Compact Nurse License.
• Minimum of 2+ years of ICU or critical care experience.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Must submit a recent reference from a direct supervisor within the last 12 months.
• Ability to complete required lab work within 24 hours of signing the WOC agreement.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Meditech charting experience preferred.
• Previous travel experience is required and highly valued.
• Flexibility with schedules and travel pairs.
