Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic treatment to patients to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and families on home exercises and care plans.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license or credential in the state of Minnesota.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Proven experience in physical therapy or related field.
- Strong communication and patient-focused care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in outpatient or rehab settings.
- Knowledge of different therapeutic techniques and modalities.
