Job Title
• Licensed Practical Nurse - LTC
Location
• Winona Lake, IN
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 13-week assignment, night shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to long-term care residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record patient conditions and report any changes
• Assist residents with daily activities and ensure comfort
• Follow all safety and compliance protocols
Required Qualifications
• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and clinical accuracy
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a long-term care or LTC setting
• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
