Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 13-week assignment, day shifts, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mental health therapy and social work services within a clinical setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document client interactions and progress according to organizational standards
• Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements and facility policies
• Engage in on-call responsibilities as required (note: on-call and callback are not billable at the facility)
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to support client care

Required Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota Social Work license (MN SW license)
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Ability to work day shifts for the duration of the assignment
• Must have reliable transportation for local placements (within approximately 80 miles)
• Willingness to adhere to a 13-week commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in mental health or social work settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Additional Notes

• Local rates apply, with an adjusted bill rate of $8.00 and overtime at the same rate
• No charge differential at Good Samaritan facilities
• A $500 fee will be billed if the clinician backs out or resigns with less than a 14-day notice
• Housing through the facility, if used, will follow local rates
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours/week for 12-hour shifts or 40 hours/week for 8–10 hour shifts
• Shift details are day shifts, Monday through Friday, with no weekend coverage required
