Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical-surgical and telehealth nursing care to adult patients in a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Recognize and respond to cardiac rhythms and acute patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and documentation protocols.
• Work at least every other holiday, including nights and rotating shifts, as operationally required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio or Compact State RN license in hand at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing prior to travel assignment; recent experience acceptable.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications, active and up-to-date.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments with acceptable scores.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license or certification as required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• One year of recent oncology or chemotherapy administration experience (training provided if interested).
• Experience working in a hospital within the Cleveland Clinic system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to safety and detail.
