Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, travel assignment
• Nights shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• 3 shifts per week (12.5 hours per shift)
• Duration: 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans for critically ill patients.
• Administer advanced life support, medication, and intravenous therapies.
• Monitor and operate medical equipment including ventilators and monitors.
• Assist physicians with procedures and respond to life-threatening situations.
• Observe, document vital signs, and provide patient advocacy and emotional support.
• Care for pre- and post-operative patients when required, and collaborate with the critical care team.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent LTACH, trach & vent, and wound care experience.
• Valid Ohio RN license (multi-state license acceptable).
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (must be through the American Heart Association).
• Ability to float to the LTAC unit based on census and needs.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in ICU or similar critical care settings.
• Knowledge of ventilator management and wound care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
