Schedule / Job Type
- Days, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Adhere to facility protocols and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with patient assessments and coordinate with healthcare teams
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents
- Work rotating schedules including a pattern of 3 days on and 2 days off, then 2 days on and 3 days off
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Alabama
- Current CPR certification
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in LTC or SNF settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Ability to handle a flexible rotating schedule
