Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients recovering from disabling diseases or injuries.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient functional ability and quality of life.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapies as needed to meet recovery goals.
• Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises and strategies for continued progress.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of Arizona.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
