Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assessments and treatment plans for patients
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care needs
- Rotate through assignments as needed, with minimal weekend responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and patient care protocols
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Comfortable with flexible assignments and rotating locations
