Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 13-week contract
• Days shifts with 5 shifts per week
• Schedule options include 4x10-hour shifts; must be open to working up to 8 PM two evenings per week
• Hours per shift: 10.5 hours

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a clinic setting
• Manage a productivity level of 55-63 patients per week
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Raintree EMR system
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality patient care
• Adhere to scheduled hours and departmental policies

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 months outpatient (OP) experience or 1 year in other physical therapy settings
• Must have a valid state PT license
• Ability to work weekdays, including up to two evenings (up to 8 PM)
• Completion of 3 hours of HealthStream modules prior to start, with agency reimbursement upon completion and after working 8 hours

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous outpatient PT experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
