- Full-time, days shift, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Record and report observed symptoms, reactions to treatments, and changes in patient safety status
- Administer medications to patients in accordance with care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide health information and maintain accurate medical records
- Respond to patient care needs and assist with activities of daily living to promote a therapeutic environment
- Assist with admitting, discharging, and transferring patients
- Participate in treatment team meetings and support the development of individualized care plans
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Massachusetts licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with addiction treatment services is preferred but not required
- Prior experience working with psychiatric or detox populations is a plus
