Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a clinic setting.
• Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to support quality care initiatives.
• Manage a caseload averaging 55-63 patients weekly.
• Maintain accurate records using Raintree EMR system.
• Flexibly work either 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days, including two evenings per week until 7:30 pm.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
• Comfortable working with a patient-centered care model.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
• Knowledge of EMR systems, preferably Raintree.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient clinic experience.
• Experience working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
• Passion for patient-centered care and quality outcomes.
