Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Complete documentation and coordinate with ATI outside of initial clearance process
• Follow established protocols for patient care and documentation
• Adhere to all licensing and credentialing requirements
• Maintain active licensure and equipment during assignments
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver quality care

Required Qualifications
• Active physical therapist license in Maryland
• Experience in a clinical or setting-specific environment
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely
• Compliance with credentialing and licensing requirements
• Equipment will be provided during interview

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a similar clinical setting
• Familiarity with ATI or equivalent therapy documentation processes
