Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts, Monday to Friday with one weekend rotation per month

Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients across multiple facilities within a five-mile radius, including float assignments to the Mobile pod
• Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications
• Valid license/certification as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alabama
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to float between multiple healthcare facilities as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in outpatient or facility-based therapy settings
• Ability to adapt to various treatment environments and patient populations
