Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, Night shift (3x12-hour shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, and stepdown units.
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, assess patient conditions, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Administer cardiac drips and other intravenous medications per protocols.
• Document patient care accurately in the EPIC electronic health record system.
• Float within scope to other hospital locations within a 20-mile radius as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in PCU and ICU settings.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (must be active at the time of submission).
• NIHSS certification required prior to start date.
• Valid Florida nursing license.
• Epic charting experience at a level 3 or 4.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to float requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with cardiac drips and time-sensitive modules.
• Experience working in teaching hospitals or Level Trauma centers.
