Job Title
• Respiratory Therapist

• Hagerstown, MD

Schedule / Job Type
• Night shift (Thurs-Sat, 3x12 hours)
• Full-time, temporary

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory care to neonatal (NICU Level 2) and pediatric patients.
• Administer treatments, monitor patient response, and document care in Epic system.
• Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including possible coverage on other units.
• Work scheduled weekends and some holidays as required.

Required Qualifications
• MD License, CRT or RRT certification.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Will accept first-time travelers.
• Must hold or obtain ACLS certification (preferred).
• Must be able to work night shifts and comply with travel and holiday requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Pediatric and NICU experience, specifically Level 2 NICU.
• Experience working with Epic electronic health records.
• Ability to float within scope and handle variable clinical situations.
