Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift (8-hour or 10-hour days with 1-hour lunch, flexible based on coverage needs)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to inpatient and outpatient clients in a healthcare setting
• Assess patient needs and develop customized treatment plans to improve mobility and quality of life
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and recovery
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Support community health initiatives aimed at improving rural healthcare access

Required Qualifications
• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in physical therapy preferred; new graduates considered
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of mobile ophthalmic, rehabilitation, or surgical support services is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
