Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, Night shifts, 36 hours per week, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dialysis care to patients within a hospital setting, including bedside and peritoneal dialysis.
• Float to other units and hospitals as needed to support staffing needs.
• Adhere to established protocols and ensure patient safety during dialysis procedures.
• Collaborate with Certified Dialysis Technicians and healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the facility’s EMR system.
• Participate in after-hours call rotation and work weekends as scheduled.

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
• Valid RN license in Alabama or a valid compact license. No temporary licenses accepted.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, including at least 1 year in dialysis.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Professional Nursing Certification in dialysis (preferred).
• Experience performing bedside and peritoneal dialysis procedures.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hospital environment and floating across units.
