• Full-time, Days shift, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology and cardiology procedures such as angiography, embolization, and cardiac catheterization.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
• Monitor, assess, and advocate for patients throughout invasive procedures, ensuring adherence to established care standards and policies.
• Supervise and direct assigned personnel; act as a patient advocate throughout the care process.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient charts and operate medical equipment including infusion and PCA pumps.
• Be on call for the Interventional Unit as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN license in the State of Oregon.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least one year of experience in critical care, emergency, cath lab, or interventional radiology.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse populations; bilingual English-Spanish skills preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Three or more years of experience in interventional radiology or cath lab.
• Certified in conscious sedation or monitor role experience.
• Certifications such as RCIS or NIHS Stroke Scale.
