• LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location
• Mount Olive, NC
Schedule / Job Type
• Days, 3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with healthcare plans
• Monitor and report patient conditions and progress
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality resident care
Required Qualifications
• Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current state license to practice as an LVN/LPN
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
• Knowledge of dementia and chronic condition management
