Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, 13-week contract, days (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), 4 shifts per week, onsite

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with specialized interventional radiology procedures, including neuro and general interventions
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced imaging equipment, such as Siemens Bi-Plane systems
• Support procedural team in procedures like angiograms, embolizations, thrombectomies, and dialysis cath placements
• Manage patient positioning and prep to ensure safety and compliance during procedures
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to unit policies, dress code standards, and safety protocols

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an IR or special procedures radiology technician
• Proven ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Experience with neuro interventional radiology and stroke care procedures
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, proactive attitude
• Ability to utilize Siemens Bi-Plane imaging equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a comprehensive stroke center
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system and Fuji PACS
• Experience with procedures such as perm or dialysis catheters, angiograms, embolizations, and kyphoplasty
