Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) procedures.
• Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after cardiac procedures.
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Follow established protocols and safety guidelines for cardiac procedures.
• Document patient care activities and procedures accurately and comprehensively.
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies promptly and effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida or appropriate jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP setting.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac procedures, equipment, and patient care standards.
• Ability to work 10.5-hour shifts and adapt to a travel assignment schedule.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume cardiac care facility.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems related to cardiac care.
