Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment strategies to meet patient needs, collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
• Provide direct care, regularly reassessing patient progress and modifying plans accordingly.
• Supervise and delegate treatment to support staff, ensuring adherence to standards of care.
• Document evaluations, treatment goals, and progress updates accurately and in compliance with regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Illinois physical therapy license (or temporary work permit).
• Prior experience preferred, especially in hospital or outpatient settings.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of Illinois Physical Therapy Practice Act and related standards.
