Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shift, 3 shifts per week, including every other weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a busy ER environment
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement treatments
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in compliance with hospital policies
- Serve as a critical team member in a small, community-focused hospital setting
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- 3-5 years of emergency room nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts reliably
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in Critical Access hospitals or rural healthcare settings
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
- BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
