Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to aid patient recovery
• Assist with patient assessments, progress documentation, and treatment adjustments
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and professional standards

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Willingness to accept new grads and first-time travelers
• Ability to work 36 hours guaranteed per week, with potential up to 40 hours
• OT hours require prior approval from director

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Familiarity with working in a fast-paced outpatient environment
