Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, contract (temporary assignment), weekdays, 13 weeks
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat patients in inpatient rehabilitation settings, focusing on speech and language therapy.
• Conduct assessments of ADLs and provide evidence-based therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using electronic medical records (Meditech).
• Participate in patient and family education regarding therapy goals and progress.
Required Qualifications
• Valid license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Basic knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation processes.
• BLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior inpatient rehab experience.
• Flexibility to work on weekends (minimum of 2 in a 4-week period).
• Outgoing and team-oriented personality.
