• Full-time, Days shift, 5 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient occupational therapy services within a critical access hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care.
• Document patient progress using Cerner charting system.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• IL state license in hand at submission.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work floating within hospital or to nearby affiliates.
• Experience with Cerner charting is preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior inpatient rehab experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including major holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
