• Therapist - Occupational Therapy Assistant

• Monterey, CA
Schedule / Job Type
• Part-time, Days shifts, 1 shift per week
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in providing occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
• Follow treatment plans under supervision, ensuring patient progress and safety
• Maintain accurate documentation using Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system
• Collaborate with the therapy team to support patient recovery and mobility
• Adhere to all licensing standards and facility policies
Required Qualifications
• Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant license
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities (SNF)
• Knowledge of Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience with rehab therapy documentation and patient care in SNF settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
