Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Contract, 13-week assignment
• Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for adult patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatment, including telemetry and various drips.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in Meditech system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including floating policies and dress code standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control practices.

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted).
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• NIH certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience, specifically in ICU or a similar specialty.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and medication drips.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech electronic health record system.
• Additional certifications in specialty procedures or advanced skills in ICU care.
