- Full-time, Days shift, 5 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient health and update medical records accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols to maintain a secure environment
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license/certification
- Current state-specific licensing to practice as an LVN or LPN
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and observational skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a SNF or LTC setting
- Knowledge of electronic medical record systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
